Muscat, Apr 15 (ONA) --- The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) and Cybercom International today signed an agreement to implement a project to conduct field surveys in order to measure the quality of services provided by class one licensed telecommunication companies that are operating in various governorates and willayats of the Sultanate, according to TRA's press release.
