Add Acronym Finder as a search provider in IE7

Acronym Finder custom button for
Google Toolbar (version 4 and above)
Click
here to install a button on your Google Toolbar (version 4 and above required). Adding this custom
button will allow you to search Acronym Finder directly from the Google Toolbar. If you don't have the Google Toolbar or don't have the
latest version, clicking on the install
link above will take you Google to install the toolbar.
To use this new custom
button, just type in an acronym or abbreviation into the Google
Toolbar search box and then click the Acronym Finder button
to search,
or you can select the acronym shown on any web page and then click the
Acronym Finder button to search the selected text.

If you already have the
Google Toolbar (version 4 and above) installed, you can create a custom
button to search Acronym Finder by right-clicking the search box on the
Acronym Finder website and following the instructions.
Add Acronym Finder to the right-click menu in

JavaScript search button
for Links toolbar - Enable IE's Links toolbar and then drag this link [Acronym
Finder] to it. Once the button is on your Links toolbar, select an
acronym (try double-clicking it, or select with the
mouse) and then press the Acronym Finder button on your Links toolbar to
lookup that acronym in Acronym Finder. If you press this button without
selecting an acronym to lookup, you will be prompted for one.
Search Companion
click here to turn on the
Acronym Finder Side Search (IE Search Companion). If you like the
Acronym Finder Side Search, and want this to be the default Side Search
when you press the Search button in IE, install
this registry tweak. This registry tweak will
uninstall (restore the default). Note: be
sure to close your browser and restart it to see the effect of
installing or uninstalling this registry tweak.
