What does WDL stand for?

The JSOW-C1 builds upon the combat-proven JSOW-C weapon by adding a weapons data link to receive in-flight target updates from the F/A-18E/F Super Hornet aircraft; it also includes new seeker algorithms to allow the weapon to hit moving targets.

Additionally, Symetrics developed a Mini- IDM, the smallest yet in the family, which is ideally suited as a Weapons Data Link.
