Rappe' serves on the boards of directors of the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, the United Performing Arts Fund and the Catholic Memorial Advancement Committee.

Long active in civic, education and charitable endeavors, Fischer is a former board member of the Milwaukee County Council, Boy Scouts of America, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, United Performing Arts Fund, Greater Milwaukee Committee and Competitive Wisconsin, Inc.

In Milwaukee, Eaton contributed more than $139,000 to various non-profits including educational institutions, arts and cultural organizations, and health and human services organizations, including: -- American Red Cross, $1,000 -- Gift Matching, $42,000, to more than 80 organizations -- Hunger Task Force, $5,000 -- Northwest Side Community Development Corporation, $20,000 -- Parklawn YMCA, $10,000 -- United Performing Arts Fund, $5,000 -- United Way, $51,000, matching employee contributions in excess of $102,000 -- University of Wisconsin, $2,500 -- YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, $3,000 Eaton also contributed generously on a national and North American basis.

Prior to joining Advantage his involvement included membership on the Greater Milwaukee Committee, past division chair for the United Way of Milwaukee, cochair for the United Performing Arts Fund, work as a volunteer on the Children's Hospital Campaign, member of the Public Policy Forum and membership on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Business School Advisory board.
