The following parties were not registered though they did complete the requisite national convention: United Democratic Front (UDF) which conducted its national convention on February 27, 2009; United Democratic Salvation Front (UDSF) led by Gabriel Changson Chan; and United Democratic Front (UDF) led by Peter Abdrhaman Sule; Sudan African National Union (SANU) which held its second National Convention in Juba after 47 years from April 16-17, 2009.
