Tricare for Life Tricare for Life serves as Medicare wraparound coverage for all Tricare beneficiaries entitled to Medicare Part A and who have Medicare Part B coverage.

At no cost to eligible military retirees, their survivors, and family members age 65 and older, TRICARE for Life pays most Medicare deductibles and co-payments, plus almost all out-of-pocket costs for services covered under Medicare Part A and Part B.
