Subsidiary of SIDC The jetty project will be executed by a special-purpose project company set up as a subsidiary to Sohar International Development Company (SIDC) which is a 50:50 JV of the shareholders of Sohar Industrial Port Company (SIPC), namely the Government of Oman and the Port of Rotterdam.
