What does RAMCC stand for?

In 2004, DTIC worked on the Web site of the Regional Air Movement Control Center (RAMCC), which coordinates the movement of fixed-wing aircraft in support of coalition military, humanitarian and commercial air operations over Iraqi, Afghani and Pakistani airfields.
