Anglo Swiss has three other exploration projects: - 100% of the 76,570 acre McAllister property which has been identified as the host of a potential diamondiferous lamproite located in south-eastern British Columbia, - the historic Kenville Gold Mine located near Nelson, British Columbia, a past producer of gold and silver, currently being explored under the term of an option joint venture agreement which requires $700,000 of expenditures by August 29, 2006, - the Blu Starr Gemstone property, also situated in southern British Columbia, hosts a variety of gemstone discoveries (star-sapphire, gem garnet, iolite, aquamarine, tourmaline, titanite, moonstone and several varieties of quartz crystals).

In June of 2003, Blackstone and Sulfidmalm entered into an option joint venture agreement on the Espedalen and Vakkerlien projects in Norway.

As well, in furtherance of a Press Release disseminated on March 19, 2004 pertaining to a proposed arbitration by Ungava Minerals, Canadian Royalties announces that a protocol of arbitration has still not been set, a schedule for the filing of formal documentation has not been set, a hearing date has not been set, but Ungava Minerals just delivered a Statement of Claim seeking: (i) the annulment of the underlying option joint venture agreement in respect of the Expo-Ungava Property; (ii) that a portion of land along the boundary of the Phoenix Property (100% owned by Canadian Royalties) and the Expo-Ungava Property be transferred to Ungava Minerals; and (iii) that Canadian Royalties pay to Ungava Minerals damages in the amount of $516,642.

Soquem, Association of General Finance (AGF) for the Province of Quebec, has an option to purchase a 20% interest pursuant to an Option Joint Venture Agreement.
