What does NQI stand for?

Byline: Mamta03 The National Quality Institute (NQI), an independent, not-for-profit, organization committed to advancing organizational excellence across Canada, and Zerofootprint, a leading developer of tools to measure and reduce the environmental footprint of individuals and organizations, today announced that they have teamed up to create the NQI/Zerofootprint Carbon Index, to provide NQI members with greater insights about their carbon emissions through peer-based benchmarking.

Through a comprehensive self-assessment exercise, companies assess their individual performance in working with Aboriginal communities, which are then verified by an independent organization--the National Quality Institute.

It's the first time the National Quality Institute has recognized a community's efforts in improving quality of life on a holistic level.

This was followed by an external objective evaluation of our quality process, conducted by the National Quality Institute (NQI).

The results of that self-assessment are reviewed by the National Quality Institute (NQI) and an independent jury before a decision is made as to whether a PAR hallmark designation will be awarded and, if so, at what level.

As an additional element of the company's 20th celebration, Calian is reaching the further milestone of accreditation by the National Quality Institute for achieving the world-class Progressive Excellence Program Level 1 quality standard.

The CMA Canada national partner has been awarded Level 1 certification under the Professional Excellence Program (PEP) administered by The National Quality Institute (NQI).
