What does NGRC stand for?

The Greyhound Board of Great Britain has refused to confirm either the number of greyhounds involved or their names as, in a break from the practices of the National Greyhound Racing Club, whose responsibilities passed to the GBGB and, more specifically, the Greyhound Regulatory Board, at the beginning of 2009, it seems no details of forthcoming inquiries will be made public.
