Drafted by the Massachusetts Estuaries Project, a joint endeavor led by the state Department of Environmental Protection and the University of Massachusetts School of Marine Science and Technology, the reports will propel the task force and its sub-committees into immediate action, drafting what will become a comprehensive town wastewater management plan.
