Securities and Exchange Commission has completed its review of their joint proxy statement and management information circular in connection with the proposed Molson/Coors merger.
The management information circular of MOSAID, prepared for the 2006 meeting, states that: "If a person has acquired Common Shares after the Record Date, that person is entitled to vote those Common Shares at the Meeting upon producing properly endorsed share certificates, or otherwise establishing share ownership, and demanding the inclusion of his or her name on the list of shareholders before the Meeting.
Trading in shares of Mystique currently listed on the TSV Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") is currently halted and is anticipated to remain halted until the receipt by the TSXV of satisfactory documentation relating to the Combination, including a Mystique Filing Statement/Petro Information Circular in relation thereto which shall include prospectus level disclosure with respect to Mystique, Petro and the listed issuer resulting from the Combination.
