General Motors Corporation (GM) recently announced it has provided the Illinois Corn Growers Association with a Chevrolet Avalanche that is capable of running on E85, a fuel blend of 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent standard gasoline, for use in the state as part of a campaign to promote ethanol and E85-capable vehicles.
