What does GSIR stand for?

Niigata, Japan, Sept 8, 2009 - (JCN Newswire) - Public Management and Policy Analysis Program (PMPP), a new MA program, will be offered by the Graduate School of International Relations (GSIR) at the International University of Japan (IUJ).

The degree is offered as a partnership between UCSD's School of Medicine and its Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, and SDSU's Graduate School of Public Health.

ISIC is affiliated with UCSD's Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS), one of the world's top international graduate programs specializing in the Pacific Rim.

IUJ consists of two graduate schools: the Graduate School of International Management (GSIM) and the Graduate School of International Relations (GSIR).

For Kama Dean and Christopher Pesenti, both 2001 graduates of UCSD's Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS), a class project turned into full-time work.

Under that commitment, four other endowed chairs have been created, of which two have already been filled: Jacobs School Computer Science and Engineering Professor Rajesh Gupta holds the QUALCOMM Endowed Chair in Embedded Microsystems; and Peter Cowhey, Dean of the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies (IR/PS), assumed the QUALCOMM Endowed Chair in Communications and Technology Policy.

IUJ consists of two graduate schools: the Graduate School of International Management (GSIM) and the Graduate School of International Relations (GSIR).

The school will offer joint degree programs with UCSD's Jacobs School of Engineering, School of Medicine, and the Graduate School of International Relations and Pacific Studies.
