The long-term 'AAA' rating continues to be based on the support of a municipal bond insurance policy provided by Financial Security Assurance, Inc.

On the effective date, the rating on the series F notes will be based on the support of the DEPFA Bank, plc Agreement and the municipal bond insurance policies issued by any one of the following Insurers: Ambac Assurance Corporation, Financial Guaranty Insurance Corporation, MBIA Insurance Corporation or Financial Security Assurance, Inc.

The rating on the series C notes is based solely on the support of the HSH Nordbank AG commercial paper purchase agreement and the municipal bond insurance policies issued by any one of the following Insurers: Ambac Assurance Corporation, Financial Guaranty Insurance Corporation, MBIA Insurance Corporation or Financial Security Assurance, Inc.
