Byline: shabnam05 French regulator Conseil Superieur de l'Audiovisuel has awarded mobile broadcast TV licenses, but it seems to have issued the licenses on a channel basis rather than issue a license for the service and let the service provider choose the channels.
In July 2001, France's broadcasting regulator, the Conseil Superieur de l'Audiovisuel, announced its promotion of terrestrial digital television with 22 national commercial channels up for grabs.
The images were first shown on October 13th, and the broadcasting will go on for three months on the HD test channel, HD1, allocated to France Television by the Conseil Superieur de l'Audiovisuel (National authority for television).
This Purchase and Sale Agreement is subject to customary conditions for this type of transaction, including among others, the approval of the Montreal Exchange and of the Conseil superieur de l'Audiovisuel (France).
