Deputy Commander of Operations, Chief Inspector Pantelis Polyviou is the second senior officer to have his suspension lifted as a result of an appeal to the Supreme Court, following the successful appeal of Charalambos Ioannou, the former head of the Drugs Law Enforcement Unit (DLEU).
