At Bangkok, meetings of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol to discuss the post Kyoto framework and the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention to discuss changes to the Kyoto Protocol were held in parallel.
The first, the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Protocol ("AWG-KP"), is working to define post-2012 commitments under Kyoto.
